No Auction / No Slaughter Agreement (Required)

By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:

1. The horse shall never be sold, consigned, transferred, or surrendered to any auction, livestock sale, feedlot, broker, or intermediary under any circumstances.
    
2. The horse shall never be sold, transferred, or allowed to enter the slaughter pipeline, including transport for slaughter within the United States, Canada, Mexico, or any other country.
    
3. If at any time I am unable or unwilling to keep this horse, I agree to notify CS Equine Rescue & Rehabilitation immediately and allow the organization the opportunity to assist with rehoming or to reclaim the horse if necessary.
    
4. I understand that violation of this agreement constitutes a material breach and may result in legal action, reclaiming of the horse, and/or civil liability.
    
5. This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and any subsequent caretakers or holders of the horse.
